B.O.D. Brick of the Day Challenge:
For a challenging personal journey each week, this workout is posted weekly on our gym blackboard and you may attempt it at anytime.

Kettlebell Fusion:
This class is a fun total body workout that will help you reach your fitness goals by combining Kettlebell training and aerobic exercises.  It is available to members and non-members alike ($10 fee for non-members).  It is suitable for all fitness levels.  And don’t forget the FREE bonus perks…Kettlebell Fusion training also makes you leaner, nicer, and happier!  Please contact Missy Jones at 803-681-0074 for class details.

Rebounding Class:
Taught by Ginger Blencowe, this class is a fun, total body workout.  The one hour workout combines cardio, endurance, and strength training on mini-trampolines.  The class also includes cardio on the floor with weights.  Suitable for all fitness levels. (Limited spaces are available for this class, so please check availability at the front desk!)

    Basic Classes

    Indoor Cycling:
    The newest trends in cycling and the creativity and expertise of our cycle instructors will have you feeling strong, exhilarated, and energized! 45 and 60 minute classes are available.

    Performance Circuit:
    Total body circuit that includes plyomettics, slide board, kettlebells, and other training pieces. This is a fast-paced training class. 30-45 minutes.

    Gentle Flow Yoga:
    The basic principles of yoga, including healthy posture alignment, yoga breathing (pranayama), foundational philosophy and basic sequences, designed at a gentle pace. Students focus on deep relaxation and breath work while increasing flexibility through gentle stretches and strength, stamina and balance through standing yoga postures. A great place to start for beginners but all levels are welcome. Be ready to smile!!

    Specialty Classes

    Sport Specific:
    Designed to develop overall speed, strength, and agility. These components in training are a year-round model for the advancement of athleticism. Once you learn how to control your body and its counterparts, you will have the ability to perform your activities with greater ease and accomplish higher levels of success. Our training sessions will lead to a quicker start, faster turnover, and stronger finish. We will implement programs that will benefit the individual athlete as well as the team in order to achieve a greater success.

    Battle Ropes:
    Over the last four years Ryan Sacko has been developing his Battle Ropes class to be the most advanced and innovative combination of cardiovascular and muscular training to be found outside of a pool. This class is designed to take on all levels of fitness and push you to new heights. Sign up for a 90 day session and see yourself elevated to a new level of conditioning.

    The Battle Ropes classes are set in 90 day sessions. Within the first week you will learn all of the motions and techniques utilized on both the hemp ropes that range in diameter from 1 1/4 to 3 inches. This class also employs the use of sleds, kettle bells, tractor tires, and good old every day running/walking. As the 90 day session progress so does the length of time used for each work to rest period.

    If you have never tried the class before it is a must. Utilizing all heavy hemp ropes and every non-stationary implement Brickhouse Gym has to offer, this class is the most intense complete body workout you can cram into 45 to 75 minute sessions.
