All Classes are free for Brickhouse Members & just $15 for non-members

Rebounding Class:
Taught by Ginger Blencowe, this class is a fun, total body workout.  The one hour workout combines cardio, endurance, and strength training on mini-trampolines.  The class also includes cardio on the floor with weights.  Suitable for all fitness levels. (Limited spaces are available for this class, so please check availability at the front desk!)

Total Body Fitness:
Join our certified personal trainer and instructor, Rebekah Sturkie, every Saturday at 8:30am and every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30pm for an amazing class experience designed to work you from head to toe.  Perfect for all ages and experience levels! If you’d like to give it a try, we offer a special 10 Class Pass for only $85! (10 classes must be used within 60 days of Date of Purchase. After 60 days from the Date of Purchase, any unused classes on the pass will expire.)

     Monday & Wednesday 5:30pm, Saturday 8:30am
