Then let Brickhouse Gym take your workouts to The Edge!

Exclusively available at Brickhouse Gym, get ready for semi-private group training incorporating old school and new age strength training!  Each session is unique and every day you can look forward to a new experience.  All levels of fitness and strength combine, leaving ordinary group fitness in the dust.  Let us take you to The Edge of affordable, effective, rewarding training.

Our exclusive, groundbreaking program comes complete with an equally groundbreaking, exciting instructor (meet Claudia)!

The Edge training includes:

  • Picture progress tracking
  • body fat testing and measurements
  • 4 meal plans
  • flexibility / fitness test

Training sessions run at noon and 5:30pm every weekday (Mon – Fri). There’s also a session every Saturday at 10:00am – You choose the times that work within your schedule.

Evening Kettlebell Classes Are Back!

Evening Kettlebell classes have begun! Be sure to stop in Mondays and Fridays at 6 pm and Wednesdays at 6:30 pm for a challenging kettlebell experience suitable for all fitness levels.

And remember, our morning Kettlebell classes are taking place Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6 am!  We can’t wait to see you!

Coach Bell Wants You!

Coach Bell Wants You! to come to cycling every Monday at 6am. It’s intense, it’s challenging, it’s rewarding – basically it’s all around Amazing! Guaranteed to get your week off to a charged start, this cardio class is perfect for all members, regardless of fitness level.

Come join Missy and Jessica as they bring you into the world of Kettlebells! Classes are open to all members, and meet Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays – morning and evenings.
